African Leadership Academy is managed by an highly involved Board of Trustees, and given guidance by both a Global Advisory Council and by the Board of African Leadership Foundation, our partner organization in the United States.

These Boards help shape the long-term strategy of the Academy and include globally-recognized leaders in business, education, entrepreneurship, leadership development, and philanthropy. We are honored to benefit from their support and guidance.
