The African Leadership Foundation Institutional Advancement Manager will play a critical role in building the foundation as an institution in the US and supporting the long-­term success and sustainability of African Leadership Academy in pursuing its mission to transform the continent. The primary responsibilities of the ALF Institutional Advancement Manager are to ensure that ALF meets its short and long‐term fundraising goals, oversee development strategy and systems, and coordinate all outreach and development efforts.
