ALA Fellowships are two-year posts for young professionals who have completed their undergraduate studies within the past five years. ALA Fellows work closely with talented and passionate students from across the African continent. Fellows participate actively in student life as coaches and faculty members in our unique curricula in entreprenurial leadership and African studies. They also oversee extracurricular activities, serve as resident advisors and teach courses in academic subjects of interest.
The ALF Graduate and Chapters Program Coordinator will play a critical role in developing and connecting young leaders from African Leadership Academy and supporting the long-term success and sustainability of ALA in pursuing its mission to transform the continent. The primary responsibilities of the Graduate and Chapters Program Coordinator are to lead and enhance the ALA Graduate Program in the United States and to expand the ALA Chapter system.
