Vincent Juma Tago joined African Leadership Academy in August 2009 as Chemistry and Physics teacher. Previously, he taught in a number of school in Kenya, including Alliance High School, Rusinga School and St, Mary’s School Nairobi. His teaching career spans about thirty years. In Kenya, Vincent received recognition from the National Committee for Congress on Science and Technology, for coaching the students who participated up to the National level.

Vincent has a wide experience in teaching various curricula; the Kenyan KCSE, International Baccalaureate (IB), Cambridge IGCSE and AS/A levels, and Edexcel GCSE and A levels. He also has a wide experience in administration of international examinations; having been Examinations Officer in a number of schools. Vincent is an examiner for International Baccalaureate (IB) Physics, and has been an examiner for Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE) Physics practical paper.

Vincent is Senior Master in charge of residential duty programme and examinations administration. He holds Bachelor of Education (Science) from Kenyatta University in Kenya and Master of Education (Socio-Education) from the University of South Africa. He is married with two children.
