From our beginnings in 2003 as a group of
four founders with extensive
experience on the African continent, African Leadership Academy has grown into a powerful team of
individuals from across Africa and around the world. From
Dean Chris Khaemba and our
experienced
faculty to our
admissions directors,
curriculum developers, operations staff, fellows, and interns, our team is linked by a deep passion
for our shared
mission: to transform Africa
by developing and supporting its future leaders.
