Brian Waweru

Brain Waweru graduated from ALA in 2011 and went on to study International Studies and Business at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. He started his career at Blackstone in their Private Equity Practice in New York. He returned to the continent in 2018 and worked at Investec Asset Management as a Private Equity Specialist. Brian then worked Rand Merchant Bank in Private Equity. Brian currently works as a Director at New Jersey Community Capital. Brian has served on the ALA Board since 2019.
