Phenny Omondi

Phenny was born and raised in Kenya. She studied Agronomic Engineering at the EARTH University in Costa Rica and is currently a candidate for MSc in International Development at the University of Edinburgh. Prior to joining ALA, Phenny was the Program Specialist at One Acre Fund-Kenya. During this time, she made important contributions in revamping the design of training for over 500,000 farmers and knowledge assessment for 3000 field staff. She played a key role in designing, rolling out, and evaluating farmer trainings on digital platforms such as USSD and chatbot. Phenny enjoys learning about different African cultures.
