Sirianna is from Massachusetts and moved to Johannesburg from Washington, D.C. She graduated from Hamilton College with a BA in art history and Hispanic studies and from the University of Edinburgh with an MSc in Sociology and Global Change. She is Assistant Director for SEGL at ALA and teaches Spanish. In her free time she enjoys hiking, yoga, and cycling.
