Na ALA, nossa miss\u00e3o \u00e9 transformar o continente por meio do desenvolvimento de uma rede forte de jovens l\u00edderes, preparados para enfrentar os desafios mais urgentes da \u00c1frica. No centro dessa miss\u00e3o est\u00e1 o nosso principal programa, o Lideran\u00e7a Empreendedora<\/strong> (EL). <\/p>\n\n

No primeiro ano, os alunos mergulham em um curr\u00edculo transformador que os apresenta a modelos que desafiam o pensamento convencional, desenvolvem habilidades essenciais de lideran\u00e7a e empreendedorismo, refor\u00e7am valores e promovem o crescimento pessoal. Com o apoio de um coaching de lideran\u00e7a, eles come\u00e7am a moldar sua vis\u00e3o de mundo \u2014 e seu papel na constru\u00e7\u00e3o do futuro da \u00c1frica. <\/p>\n\n

Essa jornada culmina na Incubadora de Ideias Originais para o Desenvolvimento<\/strong> (OID), onde os alunos formam equipes e passam seis semanas usando o design centrado no ser humano para desenvolver solu\u00e7\u00f5es para os grandes desafios pan-africanos. A tarefa deles? Dar vida a uma ideia original e escal\u00e1vel \u2014 uma ideia que tenha como base suas paix\u00f5es e habilidades e que seja projetada para gerar mudan\u00e7as significativas. <\/p>\n\n

As melhores dessas ideias ganham destaque no E-Fest<\/strong>, a celebra\u00e7\u00e3o anual da ALA dedicada \u00e0 inova\u00e7\u00e3o empreendedora. Depois de um rigoroso processo de sele\u00e7\u00e3o, as cinco melhores equipes apresentam suas ideias para a comunidade da ALA e para um painel de jurados externos, que escolhem uma equipe como vencedora do E-Fest. <\/p>\n
