Jacques Kafuka

Jacques works with the Salesforce system to ensure that the Development and the Network teams are able to perform their duties in engaging with external stakeholders and program participants through the system. He ensures the maintenance and enhancement of the Salesforce system, performs administrator tasks regularly, and provides training and user support. He also works in collaboration with the IL managers in Network, Global Program, and 2Y Diploma Program.

Before joining ALA, Jacques was a Software Developer at Aganang Consulting Engineers. He then became a Project Manager in 2014 and was in charge of the running of two satellite offices. He executed the Rural Road Asset Management System (RRAMS) in Eden District Municipality and Bojanala Platinum District Municipality.

Jacques is part of the Advisory program at ALA and enjoys the experience to get to know at a personal level the talented and ambitious next generation of African leaders.
