Entrepreneurial Leadership Faculty
Busola works with the Entrepreneurial Leadership (EL) team to develop and coach students towards becoming ethical and entrepreneurial leaders.
Busola teaches both Year 1 and Year 2 Entrepreneurial Leadership students; coaches three teams of Student Enterprises and contributes to the regular redesign of the EL curriculum to make it relevant and engaging at all times.
In 2016, Busola founded Steering for Greatness Foundation, an education social enterprise that seeks to bridge the gap in education in Nigeria. She currently sits on the foundation’s Board. As part of her efforts, she designed innovative leadership and entrepreneurship camps for teenagers and organised experiential learning workshops for teachers. Prior to this, she worked as a Tax Consultant with Deloitte Nigeria where she focused on tax advisory and management for clients in the financial services sector. In 2015, she co-founded a tech-based bus-pooling service for young professionals in Lagos, Nigeria.
Busola is part of the Advisory program at ALA, she also mentors the LaunchX club and is a Resident Faculty.
