Futhi Mtoba

Futhi Mtoba is Chairman of Deloitte Southern Africa and is the first black woman to be appointed as a partner and a board member by one of the big four accounting firms in South Africa. She also serves as the President of Business Unity South Africa and as the National President of the Association for the advancement of Black Accountants of Southern Africa. Mtoba is a member of the audit committee of the South African Reserve Bank and a Board Member of United Nations Global Compact. She is the chairman of the National Anti-Corruption Forum. She holds a Higher Diploma in Banking Law from Rand Afrikaans University, a B. Compt (Hons) from University of South Africa, a BA (Hons) from University of South Africa and BA from University of Botswana and Swaziland.
