Nosipho Njomi

Nosipho recruits students from the Southern African countries, builds relationships with schools, NGOs and prospective parents.

Nosipho maintains numerous strong relationships with schools, NGOs, and prospective parents to identify young African talent. Much of her role is spent visiting partners and institutions to identify talented youth all over Southern Africa. Nosipho ensures the successful completion of bringing students to bring students to participate in the Two-Year Diploma program and ALA’s signature summer programs every year.

Nosipho is a Board Member of one of the Student Enterprises at ALA.
