Monitoring, Evaluation, and Systems Manager

Amira works with both the Institutional Learning team on sector networks, and the Anzisha Education Accelerator to develop and implement appropriate M&E systems.

She works closely with AEA fellows to build their M&E capacity and support Sector Leads to weave high-impact networks.

Amira is monitoring, evaluation and research professional with multi-sectoral experience in M&E, program design and strategy in the corporate social investment, philanthropy and NGO context. She has experience in conceptualizing, training and onboarding of M&E frameworks and systems for organizations of different capacities and sizes within different African countries. In addition to experience in database design, she is well versed in the use of mobile applications and gamification to improve data quality and motivation among field workers.

Amira is part of the Advisory program at ALA and People Committee.
