Kgomotso (Mots) Ehouman
Mots leads the Marketing and Communications Division; shaping our global brand identity and our communication and recruitment strategies, alongside a dynamic team of individuals.
She defines our marketing and recruitment strategies and messaging to prospective candidates and families for all ALA programs.
She also spends her time building high-impact partnerships – with individuals, organisations, and government bodies – that advance the ALA network and mission.
Prior to joining as Director of Marketing and Communications at ALA, Mots led the Coca-Cola/ALA Marketing Case Competition, through which, some of our students were offered internship opportunities.
