Lemekeza Berthia Chimangafisi

Entrepreneurial Leadership Faculty, 2019

Lemekeza works with the Entrepreneurial Leadership (EL) team to develop and coach the students towards becoming ethical and entrepreneurial leaders.

Lemekeza teaches both Year One and Year Two Entrepreneurial Leadership students; coaches three teams of student enterprises and constantly works to redesign the EL curriculum to make it more relevant and engaging.

Lemekeza previously worked at the Allan Gray Orbis Foundation where she coached young entrepreneurial leaders in leadership and entrepreneurship development skills.
Lemekeza is part of the Advisory Program at ALA and coaches and mentors students in navigating their day to day to life at ALA. She is also very passionate about giving her coaching expertise to other Faculty members and other departments at ALA.
