Mandisa is the Head of the Student Life & Wellness Department at ALA. Mandisa manages the medical and psychological services provided to individuals on the ALA campus.
Mandisa oversees the work of the nurse and the psychological counsellors. She is responsible for health-related educational initiatives on campus. She ensures that the clinic and counselling teams have the necessary resources to attend to ALA student wellness needs. She supports the individuals within the wellness department to work effectively in their roles. She leads a wellness class, which is the Wellness department’s take on life skills and provides psycho-emotional counselling for students.
Mandisa started her career at ALA when she graduated from college in 2012. She spent two years at African Leadership University (Mauritius) between 2016 and 2018, before returning to ALA in 2018 as the Head of the Student Life & Wellness Department.
She is the assistant coach to the netball team and practices with them whenever she has the chance. Mandisa also belongs to the coolest advisory family on campus.
