Masresha Esayas

Masresha works as a University Guidance Counsellor to provide access in higher education for all students at the African Leadership Academy. She joined ALA in 2019 as a University Guidance Counsellor.

Masresha works collaboratively with the University Guidance Team in helping students through the university application process and providing access for students to higher educational institutions around the world.

Previously, Masresha worked for Lebawi Academy in Addis Ababa until 2017, where she was in charge of building the first University Guidance Department at the school. She was responsible for placing systems and strategies that maximizes the students’ access to higher education.
