Matilda Dibakwane

Matilda is the Chief of Staff to the Head of Global Programs. Matilda is involved in achieving organisational growth and supports the Global Programs team to achieve their goals.

Matilda’s responsibilities include supporting special projects related to growth and entrepreneurship within the institution, managing ECOISM- ALA’s trading system which supports the young entrepreneurs on campus, championing Kenza- ALA’s information-sharing platform, and lastly investing in the relationship between African Leadership Academy and African Leadership University. and ALU.

Matilda previously worked in the Finance division team of HOPE worldwide, an international organization which specializes in Early Childhood Development. Prior to that she worked as a management accountant and financial analyst for several corporate entities.
