Overay Oduaran

Overay is the Head of Human Resources and works with the HR team and management to execute the Academy’s HR strategic and operational objectives

Overay leads the HR function at ALA. He and his team are responsible for ensuring that ALA continually attracts, develops and retains a team of world-class professionals that enables the organization to achieve its audacious goals.

Previously, Overay worked in HR roles in both the UK and South Africa. He has served as an HR professional in different capacities supporting organisations to design and execute HR solutions.
Overay’s interests include playing soccer with the Academy’s staff soccer team the Fighting Peacocks, and serving as an advisory parent to students on campus.
