Sheila leads ALA’s strategic work on providing psychosocial support to its alumni and MasterCard Foundation scholars enrolled in universities across the globe.
Along with her team, Sheila explores the question of what it takes for students to succeed and thrive in all aspects of their university lives. She directly provides transition assistance and ongoing psychosocial support to ALA alumni and MasterCard Foundation scholars studying on the East coast of the United States.
Sheila worked at African Center for Economic Transformation from 2012-2014 where she kickstarted their monitoring and evaluation system.
