Terry More

Terry is responsible for coordinating several key HR functions as the Academy seeks to position itself as the best organisation in Africa for talented and high-quality professionals.

Terry functions within a dynamic HR team and leads the Academy’s onboarding and offboarding program, runs induction week, assists with employee relations matters, and supports the development and implementation of critical HR policies, processes and systems.

Past roles include Talent acquisition and Onboarding Coordinator for HSBC supporting the Middle East Northern Africa and Turkey, Talent Acquisition Coordinator at Nova Pioneer working closely with the Kenya team, HR and Talent Coordinator at Estee Lauder for all MAC stores in South Africa, Botswana and Namibia and HR administrator at Media 24.

Terry is part of the Advisory program to contribute towards helping students navigate the social and emotional issues unique to ALA.
