Born and raised in South Africa, Mosibudi Randa holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Pretoria, a Postgraduate Diploma in Business Administration from GIBS, and an MBA from MANCOSA.
Her career has been largely rooted in education, with experience spanning program management, partnerships, strategy, and youth employment. She is particularly interested in the connection between education and work and how stronger pathways between the two can expand opportunities for young people.
Mosibudi joins ALA’s Programs Division as part of AL for Education. In her role, she works to strengthen the ecosystem for careers in education across Africa by expanding career opportunities, building relationships with organizations across the sector, and strengthening connections between talent and employers. Outside of work, Mosibudi enjoys traveling, music and art, sports, and reading.
