Nia is originally from Ethiopia and graduated from New York University Abu Dhabi with a degree in Business, Organizations, and Society. She has previously worked across entrepreneurship, product development, and financial markets, and is passionate about building communities and creating opportunities across Africa. She is currently a Princeton in Africa Fellow serving as Chief of Staff to the CFO at African Leadership Academy. Outside of work, she enjoys painting, reading, and learning new languages.
