Amukelani Machabi is an Associate at ENSafrica in the Corporate Commercial department. His practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions (M&A), corporate structuring and formations, and general corporate advisory. He has experience in corporate restructurings, conducting due diligence investigations, and advising on Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment (B-BBEE). Amukelani also regularly drafts, negotiates, and reviews a wide range of commercial and business agreements.
He holds an LLB from Rhodes University and is an alumnus of the African Leadership Academy, Class of 2016.
