She has launched numerous TV and radio stations across the continent, developed industry training courses, and drives initiatives focused on sustainability in TV and film production. As founder of Black Ironwood, she works across creative production, mentorship, and youth development. She is passionate about building future-ready talent and shaping a more inclusive, purpose-driven creative industry.
