Sidoine Felix M. Leudjie is a passionate advocate for personal development, civic leadership, and youth empowerment, committed to driving Africa’s positive transformation. He currently serves as Senior Program Associate for Governance at the African Leadership Academy (ALA), where he supports initiatives that prepare the next generation of ethical and impact-driven public leaders.
Before this role, Sidoine worked as Program Associate for Francophone Africa with the African Career Networks (ACN) at ALA and also served as Implementing Coordinator of the Mastercard Foundation Associate Enrichment Program, contributing to the professional growth of young leaders across the continent.
Sidoine is a 2022 Mandela Washington Fellow and a graduate of the African Presidential Leadership Program (2019) in Cairo. Academically, he holds an MBA in Project Management from the Pan African Institute for Development – West Africa, a Law degree from the University of Buea, and a second Bachelor’s degree in International Relations (with a minor in Conflict Resolution), also from the University of Buea.
His career journey includes serving as Strategic Operations Manager with SHEP Academy, a consulting firm that supports private and public institutions, and working with the Pan African Institute for Development – West Africa as Coordinator of Clubs and Associations.
Beyond his professional work, Sidoine has held leadership positions in several youth-led and development-focused organizations. He served as National Chair of the Cameroon Debate Circuit (2019–2022), Director of Fundraising and Partnerships at the Pan African Universities Debate Council (2019), and National Secretary General of Junior Chamber International (JCI) Cameroon (2016). In 2015, he was also the Pioneer President of the Youth Alliance for Leadership and development in Africa (YALDA PAID-WA) and the Founder of Toastmasters PAID-WA (2016).
