Global Acclaim for Academic Excellence

In English, two of the top ten performers on the planet were ALA students: Tabitha Wambugha Tongoi of Kenya (4th in the world) and Spencer Jay Horne of South Africa (9th in the world). In History, ALA student Rumbidzai Gondo of Zimbabwe ranked 5th in the world. Additionally, two ALA students were ranked number 1 in Cambridge’s South African exams in their respective subjects: Shadrack Kioi Kiratu (Kenya) placed first in Mathematics and Marie Muhadia Shabaya (Kenya) placed first in Literature. These stellar results are a tribute to these students, to our outstanding faculty, and to the admissions officers and network partners who helped us identify these promising young leaders. Our thanks and congratulations to one and all.
