AllStaff 2025 brought together ALA’s staff and faculty from across Africa and around the world for two days of reflection, reconnection, and renewal. Centered on the launch of ALA’s new Operating Principles, the retreat invited every member of our community to explore what these principles look like in action—how we lead, collaborate, and care for one another.
Through immersive activities, team challenges, and wellness sessions, the gathering celebrated the diversity, energy, and shared purpose that define ALA.
