Alumni Return to Mentor and Inspire the Next Generation of African Leaders

In ALA 2023, ALA’s current strategic plan, we outlined that we hoped to ‘alumnify the core,’ bringing alumni back to ALA to work and mentor current students. During the 2022-2023 academic year, we had 12 alumni working at ALA in roles ranging from Alumni Engagement to Admissions.
