Bassie is from Freetown, Sierra Leone. An International Development practitioner by training, he completed his BA in International Relations at the University of Rochester and holds a master’s in development studies at the Geneva Graduate Institute. He is also an alumnus of the United World College Red Cross Nordic. Bassie is a BCA Leadership Fellow, and is passionate about Youth, Education, and Social Change. He enjoys reading, going for a swim, and travelling, He is a lifelong Manchester United fan.
