Cynthia Mangaba

Cynthia Mangaba was born in Zimbabwe and later moved to Cape Town, South Africa, to pursue her tertiary education and career. She is a seasoned Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) expert with over a decade of experience leading multi-regional programmes across the public health and development sectors. Cynthia has a proven track record of enhancing programme effectiveness and promoting evidence-based decision-making in complex, multi-stakeholder environments. She has served as a technical advisor to heads of public sector organisations and has worked closely with government agencies, NGOs, and international donors to design and implement programmes and M&E systems for large-scale interventions across Africa and Europe. With a collaborative leadership style and strong communication skills, she is well-positioned to support African Leadership Academy in achieving meaningful social impact across the continent.
